Nestled into lower Camps Bay, this 3 level house presented numerous challenges which we were excited to face.
There was an existing 2-floor building that needed most of its superstructure retained as the client wanted to keep the construction as environmentally responsible as possible. We were able to safely add a level to the existing house by building a substructure for additional support and paying close attention to all aspects of the construction process.
